I describe myself as “a traditional marketer with digital credentials”. As a CIM Chartered Marketer I keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date so that I can bring the latest, proven on- and offline marketing thinking and innovation to your hospitality business.
Migrating from off-line to on-line marketing means that I have an understanding of all available communication tools, and can deliver an integrated and relevant approach to any business.
With over 20 years’ marketing experience, mostly at director level, working for major hospitality companies ranging from hotel brands including Hilton to tour operator Austravel and car rental operator Budget Rent a Car, my strategic and “hands-on” marketing knowledge has developed at a rapid rate since leaving the University of Surrey with a Postgraduate Diploma in Tourism.
As part of my ongoing commitment to marketing I’ve also completed the CIM Posgraduate Diploma in Marketing and, more recently, the CIM/CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing.

As well as being a Chartered Marketer and Member of the CIM (Chartered Institue of Marketing), in 2012 I joined the Hotel Marketing Association (HMA) committee and became a member of the CIM Hertfordshire team.
